You keep the systems you have.
Bayonic sits on top of the cameras and the software you already run. No new till, no new cameras, no new workflow — and the data never leaves your building.
- Cameras stay as they are
- Data stays on your server
- Read-only connections
- read — into the core
- write — only where you allow
- both ways
The frame is processed in your building. Only numbers leave it.
Video is never shipped anywhere: it is analysed on your own server. What reaches your systems is the finished result — an event, an hour, a segment.
Seven connection points
Each one states what moves and what it needs. Nothing we cannot ship is promised here.
Your existing IP cameras. The core reads the RTSP stream and never touches your archive — the NVR keeps doing its job.
Receipt and order data. How we connect depends on what your system can expose: an API, a read-only database, or a scheduled export.
Shift hours, attendance and breaks straight into payroll; for retail, stock and product data alongside footfall.
The staff list and the rota are loaded once, then keep themselves current. Guests never enter this layer.
Guest tiers and call outcomes land on the CRM card — the salesperson never leaves one window.
VOCO works with the PBX that already records your calls: recording → text → score.
The alert goes where your people already are: a Telegram group or an inbox. Nobody installs a new app.
Connecting depends on how a system exposes data, not on its logo.
That is why there are no vendor logos here. If your system can do one of these three, it connects.
- 01
API or webhook
The fastest route. The event leaves the moment it happens.
- 02
Read-only database
A separate user, SELECT only. Nothing is ever written back.
- 03
Scheduled export
CSV or Excel, once a day. The dependable option for older systems.
Name your system and we answer within one business day with the method and the timeline. What we cannot do, we say.Check my systems
What leaves the building and what does not
The four a technical director asks
If your answer is not here, tell us your system — we name the way in and the timeline within one working day.
Check my systemsOur till is old and has no API. Can it still work?
Yes, if it stores data in a database or can export a file. We then read the database or take a daily export — nothing inside your system is modified.
Do we have to replace the cameras?
No. The core reads the stream from your existing IP cameras. We only suggest adding one where the angle or the lighting makes a spot unreadable — and that shows up during the pilot.
Does the server sit with you or with us?
With you. The core runs on a server in your building; the cloud is optional. That is why video never leaves and why a dropped line does not stop the system.
How long does an integration take?
Cameras and the core are usually live within days. Connecting an outside system depends on how that system exposes its data — so we check it on day one of the pilot and give you a firm date.
Tell us what you run — we will tell you if it connects.
Name your till, your 1C configuration or your HR system. Within one business day you get the method, the timeline and the limits.
